This is our signature gin, a 100 year old family secret. A colonial past infused with rich Indian spices. A distinctive taste never to be forgotten. Cinnamon bark, cloves and vanilla are just some of the ingredients that give this gin its warming aroma and lingering aftertaste. This medium sweet gin is best served chilled over ice or as a long drink, over ice, in a tall glass with ginger ale. Why not try a “Colonial Sparkle” by adding it to your favourite bubbly.

Colonial Sparkle

Glass – Champagne flute
125ml bubbly
12.5ml Colonial Spiced

Add your choice of bubbly to the glass and top with Colonial Spiced Gin. Garnish with a fresh cherry.

Irish Martini

Glass – Martini
37.5ml Colonial Spiced
12.5ml Bushmills Irish Honey (Whiskey)
50ml milk
50ml cream

place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a glass.Garnish with a dusting of nutmeg/cocoa powder.

Ginger Spice

Glass – Highball.
50ml Colonial Spiced
25ml Cointreau
Fresh ginger
50ml apple juice
Dash bitters

Place some fresh ginger into cocktail shaker and muddle. Add all other ingredients with ice and shake. Strain into glass 2/3 filled with ice. Garnish with orange zest.
