Citrus Zest

Everybody enjoys a slice or two of lemon or lime in their gin and tonic, so I decided to combine them both to give this gin a distinctive tangy flavour. The ingredients are all natural, using Spanish lemons and limes and a dash of unrefined sugar. The zest and flesh of each citrus fruit is left to infuse into the gin for over three months to produce its quality taste.

Berry Burst

Glass – Highball
50ml Citrus Zest
12.5ml peach schnapps
5 raspberries
Soda water

Add three fresh raspberries to the glass and muddle. Fill glass 2/3 with ice. Add the gin and peach schnapps and stir. Top with soda water. Garnish with two raspberries.

Damzel in DeZest

Glass – Martini
50ml Citrus Zest Gin
25ml St Germain Elderflower Liquor
cucumber topped with Elderflower Presse

Place some cucumber into a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add plenty of ice. Now add the gin and elderflower liquor and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass and top up with elderflower presse. Garnish with a slice of cucumber.

Citrus  Sourz

Glass – Rummer
25ml Citrus Zest
25ml Midori
25ml lime juice
1 egg white

Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker without ice. Add a strainer whisk (if you have one) and shake well. Fill your glass 2/3 with ice and pour ingredients over the ice. Garnish with some lemon zest.

Zegroni  Special

Glass – Old Fashioned
50ml Citrus Zest
12.5ml Campari
12.5ml Martini Rosso

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and pour into glass filled with ice. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
